Vegan Omelette Recipe


1 Omelette


1/3 cup chickpea flour (deep besan)

1/3 cup warm water

Tip: For extra flavor, add a sprinkle of salt, pepper, and/or any spices you desire to the mixture


Mix together chickpea flour and water with a fork or whisk in a bowl

Add and mix in any spices you desire

Pour into a hot fry pan that has been greased, and move it around to spread out on the pan

It only takes a minute or two to be fully cooked

You’ll know it’s done when the top isn’t glossy or wet

Now add any Omelette ingredients onto half of the Omelette (ex. Vegan cheese, veggies, vegan meat)

With a spatula, fold the Omelette over the filling, and remove from pan
